General Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for the Kia Motors (UK) Limited (“Kia”) After Sales campaign. By participating in the offer, each entrant agrees to be bound by these conditions.

• Offer starts 1st October and ends 31st October 2020
• Entries to the offer may only be made by any person:
1. A Kia owner
2. a resident in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland;

• The following are not eligible to participate:
1. employees of Kia, or any company within the same group of companies as Kia, their agents or anyone else professionally associated with the offer and their families;
2. other persons assisting with this offer;
3. any person not being a natural person;
4. any syndicate or collection of persons acting in concert;
5. any person using the services of or which is an entity carrying on the business of entering (or advising on entering) competitions.

• This offer is only valid for Kia Care service plans bought online or Kia servicing booked online via the Kia website pages
• Kia reserves the right to withdraw this offer if:
1. The Kia Care service plan is cancelled with in the first 14 days
2. The Kia online service booking work is not completed by the chosen dealer.
• Rewards on offer are a £50 CHILI e-gift or an Amazon Fire 7 tablet. Details of the individual offers are below.
• Once you’ve booked a service online, you will be eligible to choose from the rewards on offer. You will receive details on how to choose your gift via email within 14 working days after booking a service online.
• Once you’ve bought a Kia Care plan you will be eligible to choose from the rewards on offer. You will receive details on how to choose your gift via email within 20 working days after buying a Kia Care plan.
• This promotion is operated in conjunction with The Marketing Lounge Partnership Ltd (MLP). Company number 06467245, The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire WA4 4PG.
• The rewards will be subject to the terms and conditions of the partnering entity which can be found below for each reward and do not have to be redeemed or accepted by the customer.
• Once you receive your email from MLP to choose the gift there is a 30 day claiming window for the reward to be redeemed.
• Kia accepts no responsibility for the acts or defaults of independent third parties involved in supplying or providing the gifts or any elements of the gifts available.
• Events may occur that render this offer itself (or elements of it) impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Kia and the vehicle driver agrees that no liability shall be attached to Kia as a result thereof.
• If you chose the Amazon Fire 7 tablet, you will be prompted to enter your preferred postal address. This will only be used to fulfill your gift, which will be sent by Royal Mail within 28 days of claiming. If you chose the £50 CHILI e-gift, this will be sent to the email address provided when booking your service, within 28 days of claiming.
• No cash alternative available.
• To fulfill this offer, Kia will collect personal information from you and pass details to MLP. Personal details will be processed by Kia and MLP for the sole purpose of the administration of this offer unless we have your consent for ongoing marketing and contact and will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018. £50 CHILI e-gift T&Cs:
• The gift card must be activated on CHILI by 31.01.2021 and the credit needs to be used within 90 days from the activation date.
• The promotional gift card codes give customers the opportunity to rent and/or purchase movies in all formats for an amount of £50 (excluding movies with STRAIGHT TO CHILI note in the poster).
• The offer is open to both new and existing CHILI customers.
• The promotional credit can only be used for Digital Rental and/or Digital Purchase of movies and TV Series. The credit cannot be used to purchase products from eStore.
• Customers can only activate one code. Codes cannot be used in association with other promotions.
• If the residual promotional credit is not enough to rent/purchase a movie, customers can pay the missing amount using one of the other payment methods available on CHILI.
• Customers can watch their movie within 28 days from the point of selection and 48 hours from the first “play”.
• Movies can be viewed either on CHILI website or via the CHILI app.
• When redeeming a gift card code, customers must comply with the general terms and conditions general terms & conditions of CHILI.

Amazon Fire 7 Tablet T&Cs:
• One Fire Tablet 7 32GB tablet (colours may vary). The tablet includes a standard 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
• Your gift will be delivered using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service; this will require a signature upon delivery. The gift will be delivered to the address provided on the claim form.
• Any queries or problems with the Fire 7 Tablet, please call MLP on 01565 656 987 who will direct your enquiry accordingly.
• No cash alternatives will be offered.
• This offer is administered by MLP - The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, WA4 4PG.
